This dress is made of a stretchy rayon and it can be worn 2 different ways! The front of the dress has a pleated scoop neck design and the back has an adjustable high neck tie. 2 very different looks in one dress! 

This style is technically a long midi dress so this is perfect for shorter heights - AND this dress has pockets!
