HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are almost always shipped within 5 business days of ordering except for when otherwise noted. Once the shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive a tracking email 5 business days after ordering, feel free to reach out via email to thrivingintiedye@gmail.com so we can provide it for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I always want you to feel great in your Thriving in Tie Dye threads! So if you receive a garment and it doesn’t fit properly - send me an email at thrivingintiedye@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order notifying me of your order number and what you want to return. Customer pays return shipping.
Print on demand items are FINAL SALE - but if you receive a defective item, please let us know so we can make it right.
Returns will only be accepted in unworn condition and a refund (less the shipping cost) will be issued once we receive the returned garment.
We aim to retrieve returned packages in a timely manor, but the refund process can occasionally take up to 30 days if we are out of town.
WHY I DON’T SEE THE GARMENT I’M LOOKING FOR
Due to the nature of tie dye, each garment is one of a kind… so when it’s gone - it’s really gone!
WHEN WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE STOCK?
We release new items almost every other week. To have the best chance of getting what you want - make sure to join our text list so you receive a reminder text a few minutes before a new collection goes live.

HOW DO I PREVIEW GARMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE RELEASED?

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Unfortunately, due to a few factors - we don’t currently offer customs except for rare cases. The first, and most important reason is because due to the nature of the ice dyeing process - I don’t always have 100% control over the outcome of the garment. Each garment is a beautiful surprise when finished… but when I try to control too much so the customer gets what they asked for, the finished product often suffers as a result. Additionally, we are a very small operation and just don’t have the capacity to accept any additional work without impacting the amount of ready to ship options in each release.
The 2 occasional exceptions that I will make to this rule are: wedding apparel & maternity garments. If I have enough time (3+ months at minimum) and access to the options you want and we can agree on a vision, I will try my hardest to make it happen for your special day.
DO YOU OFFER SIZE CHARTS FOR EVERY ITEM?
All styles that have size charts available will have a photo attached to the listing. As of this moment - most items do not have size charts (the manufacturers don’t always provide them) - but it’s something that I’m actively working on getting made by hand. I’m hoping to have a dedicated size chart page soon.
To help with sizing, I always leave size notes in the product descriptions.. and when a style runs smaller or larger than usual - they will be listed as the size(s) that they actually fit. This will often result in split sizing (example: S/M or M/L) or being listed as a different size than the tag says.
I GOT A TRACKING EMAIL, BUT MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. All shipments are tracked.
Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. It is important that you keep your shipping email until you receive your package, as there is information within that email that will assist you in locating your package. Please utilize the services available through the USPS for assistance.
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, please reach out ASAP before/after placing your order so we can add these services to your shipping label. This may result in an additional fee added to your shipping cost if USPS requires it.
DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Wholesale orders are not always something that we can accommodate due to our limited production capacity.. but if you have interest in a special project or stocking Thriving in Tie Dye in your store - feel free to send an email to thrivingintiedye@gmail.com and we'll see if we can make it happen.
