Tela Mini Dress - XS/S

This dress is made of a crinkled rayon fabric (no stretch and it has adjustable straps and an open back. The back of the bust and waistband have elastic and there's an adjustable tie in the back and on the bust. This dress has a lined skirt and runs slightly on the smaller side - mostly in the bust.
