This dress is made of a stretchy rayon fabric, has a removable belt and pockets. 

This dress has been reverse dyed - which means that it has been processed twice. First I removed the navy color from most of the dress (except for the lines), and then I add color back using dye and ice. The price reflects the extra time and materials required
