Romance Maxi - 3X

This dress is made of a stretchy rayon and it has a double layered flounce top that can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. 

This dress has an elastic waist and runs on the longer side. 

This dress has been reverse dyed - which means that it has been processed twice. First I removed the black color from most of the dress (except for the lines), and then I add color back using dye and ice.

The price reflects the extra time and materials required to achieve this outcome
