Halter Dress - XS/SM

This is your new favorite dress!  It’s made of a stretchy 95% cotton/5% spandex fabric and it has a flattering a-line cut. The halter neck is adjustable with a tie & the length hits above the knee. This one is a size SMALL but they run small, so it could also fit a size XS.
