Cutout Midi - 2X/3X

This dress is made of a stretchy rayon fabric with adjustable straps, an elastic waistband and smocked top. There's a cute cutout detail on each side and skirt is perfect for spinning. 

This style is better suited for a smaller bust due to the location of the cutouts (unless you like a little side boob!)
