Cotton Witch Hat - SMALL (19in)

This witch hat is made of 100% cotton fabric (no stretch) and it has a narrow brim. It's 19in in circumference and would make the perfect hat for an adult with a smaller head or a child. 

This hat has a very floppy fit for casual witch-wear
