Cotton Witch Hat - MD/LG (23in)

This witch hat is made of 100% cotton fabric (no stretch) and it has a little bit more structure to it than our last round of hats due to an extra layer of interfacing and a felt interior. It's 23in in circumference and would make the perfect hat for an adult head. 

This hat has a very floppy fit for casual witch-wear
