Backless Lacy Dress - SMALL

This dress is made of woven cotton fabric (no stretch) and lace. This style has an adjustable tie halter style neck with an open back and lace detail. Elastic waistband around the back of the dress. This style lands above the knee, is cut generously throughout the skirt,  and would be best fit on a smaller bust.
